I am passionate about marketing and enhancing digital products within the B2C space. I continue to create digital strategies for well-known brands and then deliver at pace with a collegiate team of diverse individuals. I am open-minded, always looking at how things could be improved for the end user, utilising data in decision making, but always considering the wider commercial impact. I offer the unique balance of an extremely conceptual mindset, coupled with a data-driven and technical skill set, all delivered with infectious enthusiasm and “can do” attitude.
I am confident in leading an organisation but equally enjoy working within a senior group to deliver a growth agenda. Having previously led marketing, product, tech, commercial and finance teams, I value input from all areas of the business.
I have led performance marketing campaigns for over fifteen years, generating quality leads in a variety of industry sectors. Creating innovative customer loyalty platforms and building sustainable user engagement through e-mail, SMS and social media is equally important to me.

Outside of my professional life, I am most proud of my daughters who continually amaze me with their achievements in school and their success at sport. Sailing is an activity I am fortunate to share with both my wife and kids. I am an active member of Rutland Sailing Club having previously represented members on the club’s Council.
Travel is a passion and I believe strongly in exploring diverse destinations to gain authentic local experiences and widen perspectives. I continually create different variations of Rocky Road and I am a proud owner of a VW camper van again!
